Ruth specialized in Jewellery and Metalsmithing at Edinburgh College of Art. Two years later she was awarded a Masters in Fine Art from Rhode Island School of Design.
Her work in precious metal and precious and semi precious stones has been exhibited in Edinburgh, Boston and on the Isle of Man.
Ruth has continued to design and make jewellery for commissions as well as unique items of personal jewellery.
